- 10:00am The art and science of grafting fruit trees with Bob Osborne. Bob will explore the methods of propagating trees using the ancient art of grafting.
- 11:00am Flower arranging with John Corey. Enjoy the wit and expertise of this extraordinary professional arranger.
- 2:00pm The process of making fine wine with Gerard Wolfs. Gerard has a wealth of knowledge and experience growing and making wine.
- 3:00pm The Maritime Wine Scene with Dr. Andrew Jamieson. We are very pleased to have Dr. Jamieson, director of small fruit breeding at the Agriculture Canada Research Station in Kentville, Nova Scotia. He will talk about current breeding work and the future of wine making in the Maritimes.

Other Activities

Sales Tables featuring BBQ, Cider, fresh fruit, jams & jellies all day

Displays of Fruit Varieties all day

Food will be available at the Cedar Café and in booths outside.
The Cedar Café will close Oct. 6.
