- 11:00 am Pruning and Grafting.
- 1:00 am Growing apples.
- 2:00 pm Growing grapes. A discussion of how best to grow this versatile vine for both fruit and ornament. Talk will focus on soils, sites, varieties and training methods.
- 3:00 pm Making wine from grapes and other fruits. It is easy to make wine with the right equipment and some basic information. Learn the proper procedures and the possible pitfalls in this fascinating and exciting endeavor.

There will be displays of nearly 100 different varieties of fruit,
including heritage varieties as well as the newest varieties of
grapes, apples, pears and more.

Food will be available at the Cedar Café and in the BBQ area.
The Cedar Café will close Oct. 4.
