Buckwheat is grown between crops
to control weeds and add nitrogen.

In the Cedar Café, Lemon Cheesecake is cooked
to be served with Blueberry or Raspberry sauce.

But the lilies are definately increasing.


Hostas are scattered throughout the display gardens. Many shades of green.
