In spite of the heat staff is busy hoeing and mowing.
Buckwheat is grown between crops
to control weeds and add nitrogen.
In the Cedar Café, Lemon Cheesecake is cooked
to be served with Blueberry or Raspberry sauce.

Roses can still be seen - Stripped Moss and Alexander Mackenzie above.
But the lilies are definately increasing.
Hostas are scattered throughout the display gardens. Many shades of green.
