The retail area is empty.
Tables empty, the stream turned off for winter.
Pots on their side and some even covered.
The cold storage area is filling, ready for spring shipping.
Occasional dots of color in the apple trees,
or from the odd rose still blooming,
but texture is the main feature this time of year.
