Make Pizza At The Cedar Café
The wood-fired oven is the first thing guests see as they walk down the steps from the parking lot toward the pergola. It sits right at the heart of the nursery, and we are looking for a Pizza Cook to help tend the fire this season.
We are a small, hardworking group and we don’t really do "rigid roles" here. While you will mostly be at the oven, we all pitch in where it is needed to make sure our guests feel at home. Your presence helps cultivate the experience our visitors have come to love.
We are looking for someone who seeks to become a long-term member of our team. Experience with a wood-fired oven is an asset, but we are more than happy to train someone with a strong desire to learn the craft. This is a seasonal position running from May through October, with a schedule of Wednesday to Sunday. We believe in sharing duties and rewarding that collective effort, so every member of our staff receives a tip-out.
