The Cedar Café was conceived as a celebration of the tree. Built in 2000, the building is an homage to the Maritime barn, an architectural heritage that is quickly disappearing from our landscape. Designed by Bob, inside you’ll find the ambience of nature recreated, with wooden beams, and whole tree trunks supporting the floor. Several kinds of local wood were used to build and decorate this unique Café. It is an indoor garden of giant ferns, philodendrons, epipremnum, ivys, and more.
