A classic hosta with large, heart-shaped leaves that emerge chartreuse in spring and mature to a rich golden-yellow, especially with some morning sun. The foliage is deeply puckered and has good substance, offering resistance to slugs. In midsummer, tall scapes rise above the foliage, bearing pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers.
