Zone 4 - 20m / 65ft - Robinia pseudoacacia

An elegant, medium sized hardwood tree with deeply furrowed bark and delicate compound leaves. Sharp spines may be present especially on suckered growth. June flowers smell like jasmine. Some have labeled this tree as invasive due to its suckering habit and willingness to spread by seed but others may view this as advantageous.
