A later bloomer, Sarah Van Fleet has fragrant, clear pink, semi-double blooms. While not quite as hardy as some of its rugosa relatives, she does very well in our garden with only the tips experiencing winter kill in the colder winters. This rose does not set hips. Can suffer a bit of blackspot, and possibly a touch of mildew, but this should not deter you from this beautiful rose.
