Parentage: Golden Glow × Obergärtner Wiebicke hybrid

Goldbusch is a great candidate for a climbing rose in Zone 5 and warmer, but it makes a lovely bush in Zone 4 where some winter kill can occur in the coldest winters. It has medium green leaves and tight pyramidal buds that are a deep honey colour with a hint of orange, eventually opening up to a soft yellow, semi-double flower. Yellow is rare for hardy roses, and while listed for zone 6 in many places, we have found it will survive in our Zone 4 conditions.
